位于青岛市市南区燕儿岛，2008年第二十九届奥运会和第十二届残奥会帆船比赛将在此举行。该中心占地面积约45公顷，其中，场馆区30公顷、赛后开发区15公顷。奥帆比赛设施全部位于场馆区，分陆域、水域工程。其中，陆域工程包括奥运分村、行政与比赛管理中心、运动员中心、后勤保障中心、媒体中心等；水域工程包括测量大厅码头、奥运纪念墙码头、主防波堤、次防波堤等。

　　Located in Yan’er Island, Shinan District, Qingdao, this is where the sailing contests of 2008 29th Olympic Games and 12th Paralympic Games are to be held. The Marina covers an area of approximately 45 hectares, including 30 hectares of contest places and 15 hectares of post-contest development areas.  Divided into land and water projects, all the facilities for sailing contest of Olympic Games are situated in contest places. Wherein, land projects include Olympic Sub-Village, Administration and Contest Management Center, Athlete Center, Logistic Assurance Center and Media Center, etc.; and water ones include Measurement Hall Pier, Olympic Memorial Wall Pier and major and minor breakwaters, etc..
